Research interests

The objective of this project is to develop computer-based methods for 4D (3D + time) image processing to analyze and understand the mechanisms of plant cell wall deconstruction during enzymatic hydrolysis. This research aims to improve the efficiency of bioproducts and biofuel production from lignocellulosic biomass.
