Research interests

The Amaretto project is an approach combining analytical tools and machine learning to identify markers and predict the reactivity of biomass during enzymatic hydrolysis.
The aim is to optimise the enzymatic hydrolysis stage by clarifying the relationship between the physico-chemical properties of the biomass and its reactivity.
