We are recruiting for an administrative and financial manager position.

Position assigned to the PolGEst unit (shared management centre for units in the Grand Est Nancy region) in Champenoux near Nancy, a support unit that coordinates and carries out administrative, financial and personnel management activities on behalf of several research units at the INRAE Grand Est-Nancy & INRAE Grand Est-Colmar Centre. 50% of the position is assigned to our FARE Joint Research Unit based in Reims.

Main responsibilities: 
- Budgetary and financial management: budget management, expenditure execution, tendering, invoicing follow-up, revenue management and monitoring
- Management of research contracts and production of financial justifications
- Management of staff and guest travel: preparation of travel orders and expense reports, transport and accommodation reservations, dashboard monitoring
- day-to-day administrative management, assistance with surveys and reviews, etc.
- HR management of permanent and temporary staff, monitoring of fixed-term contract salaries, monitoring of leave and absences, welcoming and assisting French and foreign visitors.
- logistical support for the department's activities and internal or external events (conferences, meetings, symposiums, etc.)
